Launched in 2010 as the signature initiative of the Miami Dolphins Foundation, the Dolphin Cancer Challenge (DCC)is a cycling, running and walking event held annually in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Springs Florida during the month of February.  100% of participant-raised funds goes to innovative cancer research at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. DCC Participants have raised over $32 million dollars!

Aurora Exhibit Solutions was procured by the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center marketing team to help enhance Sylvester’s branding at the event:
• Large format tent banners with logos and graphics
• Route signage encouraging the cyclists and runners/walkers, reminding them of the impact of their participation on cancer research
• Chalk paint in key areas of the day’s event, including a 60’ x 90’ cancer ribbon
• Interactive displays for commemorating cancer hero names, including a 10x10 box truck that drove the route
• A 20x20 reusable floor graphic that emulated a board game, taking attendees through the path of taking research to commercialization and to the patient and the steps forward and backward in the process.
• A Survivors’ tent with survivorship resources and comfortable lounge area.
• A kid’s area that let the smallest attendees don lab coats and goggles while they played with pipettes and litmus paper, colored Ibis the mascot, and put together a giant DNA strand puzzle.
